Nika man clattawa Caliboo

A song I’ve found reference to in old newspapers and had sung to me by Duane Pasco. Pardon my awful singing.

Lyrics:

naika man yaka tlatwa kopa kalipoo

My husband has left for the Cariboo (i.e. the Cariboo Gold rush)

naika man yaka k’ilapai lolo inapoo

My husband came back with fleas
