Hey everyone! I’ve got some more memes for you! Well I guess they’re not really memes so much as MOVIE QUOTES! Q’alis and I had some fun translating famous quotes into Chinook and I’ve put together a little slideshow of the result. A few of them are in Chinuk Pipa and a few are in BC Learners’. A few of them are also maybe a little too wordy hahaha. See if you can recognize any!
At one point a few of us were planning on dubbing some of Night of the Living Dead into Chinook, but we’ve kinda abandoned that project… Lemme know if you’d like us to pick it back up! Or better yet, what movie would you like dubbed into Chinook?
